Fee Schedule
Registration Fees:
The early registration fee of $70.00 applies if the application and fee is received by April 30.
The new student registration fee is also $70.00 as a welcome to our school.
The basic registration fee is $100.00 for returning students registering after April 30.
The International Registration fee is $250.00. Tuition Fees:

International $9600.00 $960.00 N/A Payments of Tuition Fees: Tuition fees are due on the first or fifteenth of each month unless otherwise arranged with the School Treasurer. All students must first register with the School Treasurer before entering school. Discounts: The *discounted rate of 5% applies if the annual tuition is paid by September 31.
A family discount of 50% of the tuition fee will be given to the third member of the same
family, applicable to the lowest grade level. This does not include registration fee.
Post-dated Cheques: The School Operating Committee requests that post-dated cheques be
given at the time of registration to ensure that tuition payments are in to facilitate the
payments of the school’s financial responsibilities.
Past Accounts: All previous year’s accounts must be cleared before registration is completed.
Any special arrangements must be approved by the School Operating Committee.
Withdrawal and Refunds: If a student withdraws from school at any time, he/she will be
charged for the full month in which such withdrawal is completed. Any funds for which a
charitable donation receipt has been issued cannot be refunded.
Gifts: Any monetary gift made to the WestbankAdventistSchool should be made through the
WestbankSeventh-dayAdventist Church with the notation that it is to go to the school.
